I just placed an order! When will I receive my package?

We can't wait for you to enjoy your new piece of Whim & Fancy and we will work as quickly as we can to ship ASAP! However, we both have full-time jobs that may not always allow us to get to the post office during business hours. Please allow a week after ordering for your package to ship.

What is Whim & Fancy's exchange and return policy?

All jewelry sales are final. Any other returns will be shipped back at the buyer's expense. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at designer@whimandfancyshoppe.com and we will replace it. However, due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our products, any replacement orders may not be 100% identical to the original. 

What happens if my order was never delivered?

Unfortunately we are unable to control the delivery process once we drop your orders off. Please contact your local post office with any additional questions.
